Gym Meeting Turns To Success
I’ve always been a very active person, I had decided at the beginning of the year to take my fitness to the next level. I was on a 12 week fitness/meal plan with an online coach and I felt I needed more structure and guidance than what the online coach was providing. I met Mark at the gym one day and I decided after speaking a few times that he would be the one to train with.
One of the biggest benefits I’ve seen since training with Mark has been my back. I used to kill my back while lifting and I could never figure out why. Mark has fixed that by teaching me and working on my form. Since training with him I have yet to have any back issues.
There are other areas that we are also working on to improve and I can’t wait to see what the next few months will bring.
I highly recommend Mark as a trainer, he’s funny, annoying and he thinks he’s always right but most importantly he knows what he’s doing. I love all the results I’ve seen and I love how I feel.
