Anat – Toning, Strength & Injury


Anat DanceMark has been training me for the past six months to strengthen my lower back and core. I have three herniated discs and surgery is not an option for me. I’ve never been a gym rat or lifted weights before. I prefer to get my exercise through dance. However, I made the decision to FIX my back and a good friend recommended Mark to help me with that endeavor, and I’m grateful. It was the best decision I’ve made in regards to self-care.

I found Mark to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I love my workouts and I enjoy my time at the gym. It’s never boring as Mark has a great sense of humor and he always keeps things different and challenging. My back, core and whole body has strengthened enormously over the past few months. I can see and feel the changes. I plan on maintaining my gym regiment with Mark, as I can’t wait to see what my body will look like 6 months down the road.
