Carolyn’s Journey

“I have been a recreational long distance runner for 30 years but only recently began a regular weight training program with Mark. For the past several years I was struggling physically to maintain my running distances without injury andCarolyn my running times were less than exciting. I was unable to run at all last summer due to injury and I considered giving up running altogether. I started training with Mark and am delighted to say that I had my best race season ever the year I started. I was ready for my first race of the year earlier than usual and my results were great. Mark has always planned workouts for me that are specific to my needs, challenging, novel and fun. Mark has helped me so much in reaching my goals for this season of being able to run physically challenging distances, being very happy with my personal performance and most of all remaining injury free.
Thanks Mark for all you help.”
