At the beginning stages of my pregnancy I was determined I was going to be one of those “healthy moms”.
Throughout my pregnancy, Mark created workouts specified for my changing body. He helped to safely modify my exercises to ensure safety but still challenge me to get the best results possible.
Working out helped keep me strong, especially during the last weeks when it seems like the simplest of tasks become exhausting.
I credit exercising for the ability to be able to work (and walk) through a long 24 hours of laboring without pain medication!
Working out while pregnant also gave me a great platform to loose the baby weight afterwards. I was able to shed my baby weight post pregnancy faster than I ever thought!
