I love working out for a variety of reasons. Primarily it is a very efficient way to release mental stress. It is rewarding to see changes in your physique, mental strength and overall confidence over weeks, months or years at the gym.
I had run into Mark at the gym numerous times and his lightheartedness enticed me to look into the benefits of getting a trainer. After him telling me he had a feeling that I didn’t like to be told what to do I signed up with Mark for two sessions then 12. I like a good challenge. Mark has provided that for me in a fun and informative manner.
He has shown me the difference between being strong in appearance and being functionally strong which is one of my goals. I will keep coming back, and I know and love the fact that Mark will give me a hard time when I do!
