Losing A Handful


Congratulations to Iron Fit client A.H. for losing a tremendous 5% body fat in the first month and a half of training. Not only that, A.H. is down a whopping 6lbs. That’s a huge accomplishment, and there’s more to come.

A.H. trains with Iron Fit trainers twice a week, and maintains her cardiovascular work and good eating habits on the days she is not sweating it out in the gym.
